IRC Downtime

We're not really sure what's happened just yet, but we all know the effect.  Our network's main hub is down and most of the rest of the servers are floating off in their own little world.  All staff members should temporarily connect to elmau.zibings.net through the regular ports.  I'll post more once we hear back from the provider about the issues, sorry for the inconvenience.
